Our Home
This photographic essay captures what makes my childhood home, and still my mother’s, uniquely hers. The items and decorative touches, that have remained constant over more than thirty-five years, have been documented to form a lasting archive of memories.
By using my former family home as a subject, I have naturally produced a personal body of work. Nonetheless, it is one which has a wider appeal as viewers may also experience nostalgia of their own by creating a narrative to accompany the images.
